What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers, not stored by us). We also collect limited technical and browsing information through cookies to help our website work and to improve your experience.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, to communicate with you about your order, to respond to your enquiries, to send you marketing and updates where you have opted in, and to improve our products and website.

Marketing

You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. Your consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.

Disclosure

We share personal information only where needed to run our business, for example with our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, delivery couriers, and email marketing providers, all of whom are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your information is held securely through our service providers, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No online transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@brindlebloom.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
